She was chosen as Playboy's Playmate of the Month for December 1992 and has appeared in numerous Playboy videos. By the time she was 19 years old, Barbara Moore was living in Nashville, Tennessee working as a flight attendant. Since then, Barbara Moore served as a Playboy spokesperson for a number of years. She modeled more modestly for other magazines. Barbara Moore's celebrity rose in 2004 when she began dating actor Lorenzo Lamas.
