Busy Philipps (born Elizabeth Jean Philipps on June 25, 1979, in Oak Park, Illinois) is an American film actress. She appeared on the UPN sitcom Love, Inc., in a role originally intended for Shannen Doherty. Philipps is godmother to Dawson's co-star Michelle Williams' and the late Heath Ledger's daughter Matilda Rose, born in 2005. Philipps is leaving ER after the second episode of Season 14; her character is headed to South America to "fulfill her Christian mission". She was ranked #58 on the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2001.
