McAevelism was most related to a positive attitude, while narcissism and psychopathic traits occupied the second and third places, although it is statistically insignificant in reliable analyzes.
Together, these results show that the context may be less important than the identity when it comes to the attitude towards (pharmacological) cognitive improvement, but also the fact that MachiaVellism is an indisient factor. In fact, although competitive features and climate themselves were not connected with the pharmacological improvement in cognitive functions, in combination with the features of the Dark Triad there was such a relationship that a more competitive climate led to a more positive attitude. This suggests that people from the highest dark triads or susceptible to influence, or are ready to use such contexts.
The pharmacological improvement in cognitive ability is associated with many long-term harmful secondary effects, although in general people do not realize their seriousness. The present study of the "Dark Triad of Personality and Relevance to Improve Cognitive Abilities" can help preventive campaigns to more effectively focus on those who are at risk of using pharmacological substances that improve cognitive functions and inform them about the dangers associated with them.
