Tips for completing Assassin's Creed: Liberation - Main Missions #029
Deal
However, trading is a fortune. During the third stage of the campaign, Gerlad will introduce you to the basics of the navy. It's not difficult and it's a simple rule - buy cheaper, sell more expensive. To start trading, you have to go to a hideout in New Orleans. Over time, trading options will also be available in the stores you purchased (Trading System option).
Buying a ship
First of all, you need to decide which of the available merchant ships to buy. Go to a port (for example, New Orleans - 2) and click on the "Buy a ship" tab, and you will notice that they are characterized by two main factors - speed (speed) and capacity (cargo space). The first factor determines how quickly the ship will reach the port, and the second - how much cargo it can carry. Initially, you won't be able to afford more expensive devices, so buy the ones you can afford.
Purchase of goods
After purchasing a ship, select the port where it is located (the ports where your ships are located are anchored above the coats of arms), and then click on the icon of this unit (3). Please note that there can be no more than four ships in one port. After selecting this unit, select the Buy Item option (4). You will be taken to a screen with the goods available in this port, a preview of which you can see earlier in the upper-right corner (5).
Select the product you want to buy, and then select the quantity. Remember that ships can only carry one type of goods at a time - you can't mix them. In general, the rule is that the more expensive the product you buy, the more you earn from it.
Sale of goods
After making a purchase, you must sell the product at a profit. To do this, select a unit, and the numbers will appear on the map above the coats of arms of some ports - these are the prices that you will receive for goods in this place. The higher the number, the better. In general, long-distance cruises are the most cost-effective, but during them you may encounter various dangers marked on the routes (for example, storms or pirates). So there is a possibility of damage to the ship and goods, but the risk is worth it.
When you select the port to which you want to ship the goods, click on it (6), then click the Send Ship option at the bottom of the menu on the right. If you use the Ship List option, you will see a list of your units - which ports they are in or how much time they have left to reach their destination. This is calculated in minutes in real time, so it's best to send multiple units to different ports and then take care of other things in the game world. As soon as the ships reach their destination, your wallet will automatically fill up.
